| In Collaboration with AMD and Raritan, GNHSoft to Deliver an Open-Source DASH Software Development Kit (SDK) |

Atlanta, GA, January 21st 2008 - Leveraging its extensive manageability experience and expertise, GNHSoft will join Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Raritan to promote clients manageability standards. Per its agreement with AMD, GNHSoft will develop and deliver an open-source DMTF DASH SDK. The SDK is designed to accelerate support for DASH in management consoles and tools. For ease-of-use, the SDK exposes various APIs, giving management console developers and vendors a way to quickly add DASH support to their products without having to learn the details of the DASH specification. To make using DASH as simple as possible, the SDK also includes APIs to standard scripting languages like Python. Likewise, IT administrators can use familiar languages to write scripts for DASH-enabled clients.
The SDK is scheduled to be released later this year.
